Before you use the C Logistics application, please be sure to carefully read and understand the various rights and restrictions stipulated in the "User License Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").
We have always respected and will strictly protect the legitimate rights and interests of users (including user privacy, user data, etc.) when using C Logistics applications from any infringement.
This agreement (including the privacy policy at the end of this article) is between users (including natural persons, legal persons or other organizations that obtain C Logistics applications through various legal channels, hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") and us for C Logistics applies the final, complete and exclusive agreement on relevant matters, and supersedes and merges the previous discussions and agreements between the parties on the above matters.
This agreement will be legally binding on the user's use of the C Logistics application. You have promised and guaranteed that you have the right and ability to enter into this agreement. Users who start using the C Logistics application will be deemed to have accepted this agreement. Please carefully read and understand the various terms in this agreement, including exemptions and limitations of our disclaimers and restrictions on users' rights (minors should be reviewed by a legal guardian) Accompanied by you), if you cannot accept all the terms in this agreement, please do not start using the C Logistics application.
Use an account
You must promise and guarantee:
1. Your use of the C Logistics application must be legal
C Logistics Application will retain or terminate your account in accordance with the "Modification and Termination" provisions of this Agreement. You must promise to keep your login information confidential, prevent it from being obtained and used by others, and be responsible for all your actions under this account. You must notify C Logistics application immediately of any behavior that may violate the law, unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use. C Logistics App is not legally responsible for losses caused by your failure to comply with the above requirements.
End User Agreement License
Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, C Logistics App will grant you the following non-transferable, non-exclusive license:
1. The right to use the C Logistics application;
2. The right to download, install and use C Logistics applications on all your network communication equipment, computer equipment and mobile communication equipment.
Restrictive Terms
Your authorization under this Agreement will be subject to the following restrictions:
1. You may not license, sell, lease, transfer, distribute or use the C Logistics application in any form;
2. Unless such restrictions are prohibited by law, you may not modify, translate, adapt, merge, exploit, disassemble, transform or decompile, reverse engineer, etc. any part or derivatives of the C Logistics application;
3. You may not use the C Logistics application for the purpose of creating identical or competing services;
4. Unless expressly provided by law, you may not produce, copy, distribute, sell, download or display any part of the C Logistics application in any form or method;
5. You may not remove or destroy any copyright notice or other proprietary markings contained in the C Logistics Application.
Version
Any newer or future versions, updates or other changes to the C Logistics Application will be subject to this Agreement.
Abide by the law
You agree to abide by the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations, the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Maintaining Internet Security" (the "National People's Congress Security Decision"), the "Conservative Law of the People's Republic of China" State Secrets Law", "Telecommunications Regulations of the People's Republic of China" ("Telecommunications Regulations"), "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Security Protection of Computer Information Systems", "Interim Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Management of International Networking of Computer Information Networks" and their implementation measures, " Relevant Chinese laws and regulations such as the Regulations on the Administration of Confidentiality of International Networking of Computer Information Systems, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet Information Services, the Regulations on the Administration of Security Protection of International Networking of Computer Information Networks, the Regulations on the Administration of Internet Electronic Bulletin Services (the "Electronic Bulletin Regulations") Any and all provisions of this Agreement, and you are solely responsible for any actions and the results of using the Service in any way using your password and your account. Violating the "National People's Congress Security Decision" may constitute a crime and be held criminally responsible. The "Electronic Announcement Regulations" clearly stipulate that Internet users who use the electronic announcement service system are responsible for the information released. The Telecommunications Regulations also emphasize that telecommunications users are responsible for the content and consequences of using telecommunications networks to transmit information. In any case, if this website has reason to believe that any of your actions, including but not limited to any of your remarks and other actions, violates or may violate any of the above laws and regulations, this website may at any time without any prior notice Terminate providing services to you.
User Content
1. User content refers to all content generated when the user downloads, publishes or otherwise uses the C Logistics application (for example: your information, pictures, music or other content).
2. You are the only person responsible for your User Content, and you will bear the risk of you or any third party being identified due to the disclosure of your User Content.
3. You have agreed that your user content is subject to rights restrictions (see "Rights Restrictions" for details)
Rights Restrictions
You have agreed to use the relevant services in the C Logistics application through sharing or other means. During the use, you will bear all legal responsibilities arising from the risks caused by the following behaviors:
1. Undermining the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
3. Damaging national honor and interests;
4. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
5. Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
6. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crimes;
7. Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon others’ legitimate rights and interests;
8. Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
You have agreed not to engage in the following actions on the C Logistics application:
1. Publish or share computer viruses, worms, malicious code, software that intentionally damages or changes computer systems or data;
2. Collect information or data of other users without authorization, such as email addresses, etc.;
3. Maliciously use the C Logistics application in an automated manner, causing excessive burden on the server or otherwise interfering with or damaging the website server and network links;
4. Attempt to access the server data or communication data of C Logistics application without authorization;
5. Interfering with or damaging the use of other users of the C Logistics application.
Modification and termination
Modify
This Agreement is subject to change. If there are any substantial changes to this Agreement, the Company will notify you via email or a notice when logging in. After the change notice, continuing to use the C Logistics application means that you are aware of such changes and agree to be bound by the terms;
We reserve the right to modify, retain or close any services of C Logistics application at any time without notice;
You have agreed that we do not have the right to modify, retain or close any services applied by C Logistics;
You have agreed that we will not be liable to you or third parties for modifying, retaining or closing any services of the C Logistics application.
Termination
This Agreement takes effect from the date you accept it and will continue to be effective during your use of the C Logistics application until terminated in accordance with this Agreement;
Notwithstanding the above provisions, if you use the C Logistics application earlier than the time you accept this Agreement, you hereby acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be effective upon your first acceptance of this Agreement. Effective the first time you use the C Logistics Application, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement;
We may reserve your right to use the C Logistics application or this account in accordance with the provisions of the law; we will terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason with or without notice, including if we believe in good faith that you have violated our acceptable use policy or other provisions of this Agreement;
Not limited by the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if a user infringes the copyright of a third party and we receive notice from the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement.
Third Party
You have known or agreed that some of our services are based on third-party technical support;
You already know that this Agreement is signed between you and us, not between you and the above-mentioned third party. We are the sole responsible person for the content, maintenance, support services, warranties and resulting litigation based on C Logistics applications. You have agreed to abide by and authorize C Logistics App to restrict your conditional use of C Logistics App’s services.
Third Party Information and Services
1.C Logistics application contains some information and services of third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third party information and services;
2. We only provide such information and services for your convenience or to promise and guarantee the needs of third parties;
3. Users are legally responsible for the risks arising from the use of third-party information and services;
4. When users access third-party information and services, the third-party’s terms and policies apply.
Compensation
You have agreed to use the C Logistics application harmlessly and avoid any complaints, lawsuits, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) from third parties due to the following or related actions:
1. User behavior using C Logistics application;
2. User’s User Content;
3. User’s violation of this Agreement.
We reserve the exclusive right to defend and seek indemnification
You agree that you may not unilaterally settle an action jointly brought by you and us against a third party without our written consent.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such suit, proceeding or proceeding.
In no event shall C Logistics App be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of this agreement. The risk of damaging computer system or mobile communication device data resulting from accessing and using C Logistics applications will be borne by you personally.
Applicable law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China;
If a dispute arises between the two parties, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, a lawsuit should be filed with the local court.
Independence
If certain provisions in this Agreement are unable to apply for any reason, other provisions of this Agreement will continue to apply and the inapplicable provisions will be modified so that they can be applied in accordance with the law.
Integrity
This Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between you and C Logistics App on matters related to C Logistics App, and supersedes and merges the previous parties’ agreements on such matters (including previous end-user licenses, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) discussions and agreements;
The titles of each section are for convenience only and without any legal or contractual obligation;
You may not transfer your rights and obligations under this Agreement unless we agree in writing. Any attempted transfer in violation of the above provisions will be void.
